Sachettes Galettes

Sachette’s Galettes was born from a childhood spent in Paris, where I first fell in love with baking by watching my mother in the kitchen. My days were shaped by early exposure to some of the world’s best pastries—picked up from our local boulangerie on the way to and from school—and by the joy of eating my mom’s cheesecake, brownies, flourless chocolate cake, and her double-layered yellow cake with chocolate frosting.

Watching her follow recipes typed out by my grandmother and mailed from New York to Paris, I saw how food could become a generational thread—something tangible that connects, preserves, and passes on love.

In my 20s, I started baking for friends’ birthdays and dinner parties. One day, I stumbled upon a galette recipe. I was instantly drawn to its rustic beauty and versatility—the way it could be made sweet or savory to suit anyone’s palate. That discovery quickly turned into a passion, and eventually into a small business I’ve been excited to grow ever since.

Teremana Tequila

I’ve spent four incredible years at Teremana Tequila, joining as the third employee when the brand was just getting started. It ‘s been an exciting journey to grow alongside one of the fastest-growing tequila companies in the industry. My role spanned across production, branding, marketing, market research, events, and community building. Being part of a team that built something from the ground up has been deeply rewarding.
